Winter layering…

Temperatures are dropping these days and we are right in the middle of winter, but how to still look cool in the cold? The answer is layering. As a working Mum I often spend a lot of time outside, running from my office to an appointment and back to school. So layering is the best way for me to stay warm and still look cute…

There are many ways of layering, but wearing two coats is my favorite one and two coats are always better than one, right?  Layering done right offers you many possibilities of styling your tired wardrobe staples in a new and cool way. Such as wearing a quilted down jacket over a suit or blazer. Add a soft turtleneck sweater underneath and you are ready for this winter…

Wearing a small jacket under your coat is another way of wearing two jackets. What about wearing your summer denim jacket under a heavy camel coat? It’s definately an easy and fashionable way to survive the cold.

A mix of different textures will always look very interesting as well. Wearing a short jacket over a long one also works well, so be creative this winter and start layering your wardrobe stamples.
